Occasionally, minor improvements in welding technique or a slight upgrade in the shade of the heat-resistant paint may occur, but the fit, function, and durability will always meet or exceed the standard set in the images. We can also provide production samples or photos/videos of your specific batch before shipment for your approval.
To facilitate secure and smooth international transactions for our B2B partners, we primarily accept payments via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) . Our standard payment terms are 30% of the total amount as a deposit to begin production, with the remaining 70% balance due before the goods are loaded onto the vessel for shipping. Once we issue you a Proforma Invoice, our bank details will be provided for the wire transfer.
Our production and shipping timeline is structured to be efficient for bulk orders. Generally, it takes 15 days to dispatch the goods from our factory after receiving your 30% deposit. The total time for you to receive the order will then depend on the sea freight transit time, which varies by destination (for example, shipping to a major West Coast port in the USA typically takes 15-25 days). We will keep you updated with the production progress and provide all shipping documents, including the Bill of Lading, once the balance is paid and the goods are shipped.
As we specialize in B2B wholesale and ocean freight logistics, our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces per model. This quantity is optimized for efficient container loading and cost-effective sea transportation.
